Ellen Harris, DNP, MSN, RN, FNP-BC

Chief Executive Officer

     Dr. Harris is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center, and licensed by the state of Hawaii to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Touro University, graduating and receiving special recognition from United States Congressman Joe Heck and receiving a certificate of commendation from United States Senator Harry Reid. Dr. Harris received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Hawaii Pacific University, graduating with honors distinction in her class and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Southwest Mississippi College. Dr. Harris has a combination of twelve years of nursing experience in the hospital setting along with primary care. She is a member of the of the Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing-Gamma Psi-At-Large Chapter, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Home Care Medicine. 

     Dr. Harris possess a unique combination of strong nursing and medical skills, and strive to provide the best health care possible. She believes in building a long lasting, trusting relationship with patients, and to enhance a positive healing experience and confidence to those in need. She believes that truly effective and sustainable healthcare encompasses body, mind, and spirit; and requires a deep and empathetic understanding of each individual’s needs. Dr. Harris believes that compassion and attentiveness are two powerful forms of medicine.
